Adopt-A-Street
The Adopt-A-Street program of the city of Destina enables local families, businesses and community groups to provide valuable community services by adopting sections of the street to dispose of garbage and debris. Sik Piece Suits Concert

The Sik Piece Suits, a band for parties, will be at the concert from 22:00 to 2:00 at McGuire’s of Destin, 33 Highway 98, Destin. They are led by the vocals of Kyle Hooks and the music of Niki, Mike, Kori, Raywood and Nick Hooks, all to create a powerful sound and experience. There is also Ladies Night at McGuires, with a selection of free drinks for ladies from 22:00 to 2:00
Summer fireworks
Okaluza Island continues a series of summer fireworks. The show begins at 9 p.m. every Wednesday at 1450 Miracle Strip Parkway, Fort Walton Beach. The event is held every Wednesday night until August 10. The organizers suggest that it be a dinner and a show with a front row view from any restaurant of The Boardwalk, or that you quickly grab a treat and spread out along the beach to watch the fireworks fire from the pier.
Hunks the Show

Named “The Perfect Girls Night Out”, Hunks the Show is coming to Downtown Music Hall. Celebrate your bachelorette party, birthday, divorce or just because. Tickets start at $ 21.95, and participants must be 21 years of age or older. Ballet summer series
The Ballet of Northwest Florida (NFB) will present the Twilight Ballet and the Ballet Under the Stars, two free community performances on Grand Boulevard and the Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation in June.
The first performance is at 19:30 on Saturday, June 18 at Sandestino Grand Park, 495 Grand Blvd., Miramar Beach. The second performance is on Saturday, June 25 at 7:30 pm at the Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation, 4323 Commons Drive V, Destin.
They will contain excerpts from Katia Garza’s book Beauty and the Beast and classic works such as the Grand Pas de Deux from Don Quixote performed by Samantha Hübner of the American Repertory Ballet and Jonathan Carter. Spring WatersIori Araia from the Memphis Ballet and Rafael Ferreras from the San Antonio Ballet danced, and NFB soloist Viatt Mier performed a male variation from Diana and Actaeon will also be presented.
The Twilight Ballet and The Ballet Under the Stars will also include contemporary works choreographed by NFB artistic director Todd Eric Allen and Lindsay Bruer and Camille Loftis of Butler University. The programs end with the audience’s favorite jazz swing, which expresses the joy of classical dance in the rhythm of jazz, choreographed by Fernando Bujones with music by Luis Prime and Eddie Higgins.

Farmers Market Grand Boulevard
The Grand Boulevard Farmers Market is held every Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Grand Park in the heart of Grand Boulevard in South Walton. Bring your shopping bag and fill up on local produce, eggs, jams and pies. Homemade soap, good olive oil and sour things are there to take.
Farmers Market Rosemari Beach
Come and check out the 30A Farmer’s Market in Rozmer Beach on Sundays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The local farmers market is held on Sundays throughout the year and on Thursdays during the summer months, in North Barrett Square along Scenic 30A.
